What We Can Do

Every glove tells a different story. Some need a simple refresh. Others need structural repair, replacement parts, or full restoration. We evaluate each glove individually and recommend only what’s necessary, nothing more.

  • New laces, cleaning, and conditioning to restore structure, feel, and playability. This is often the right solution for gloves that are structurally sound but worn, loose, or dried out.

  • For gloves that need real work. This can involve interior lining replacement, padding repairs, binding replacement, web restoration, or structural leather work. Each project is assessed individually.

Common for heavily used gloves, vintage gloves, or gloves with internal breakdown.

  • Work that affects how the glove closes and absorbs impact. This includes palm padding, felt replacement, shock pad installation, and internal padding adjustments.

Ideal for improving comfort, reducing sting, or restoring lost structure.

  • Repairs that stabilize the glove on your hand and improve control. Thumb loops, pinky loops, wrist straps, finger supports, and related components are replaced or repaired as needed.

These parts often wear out before the leather itself.

  • Repair or replacement of glove webbing and related structural elements. Whether the web is frayed, torn, stretched, or missing entirely, we restore it to match the glove’s original style and function.

  • Custom embroidery and cosmetic work often require partially dismantling the glove, working directly with the leather panels, and rebuilding it by hand. Whether adding names, numbers, or restoring visual details, every step is done to preserve structure, fit, and playability.

Detailed Pricing

  • A tan leather baseball glove with white laces, viewed from the palm side, isolated on a white background.

    Relacing

Common issues: Broken, cracked, stretched, or missing laces

    Typical pricing: $37 per lace · $100 full Fielder · $115 full Catcher/1B

Laces are the structural backbone of a glove. Over time they dry out, snap, or lose tension. We replace worn laces with premium American-tanned leather, restoring strength, shape, and playability. Partial relacing is common; full relacing is recommended when laces are brittle throughout.

  • A vintage brown leather baseball glove with worn and torn areas, viewed from the side on a plain white background.

    Leather Lining Replacement

Common issues: Cracked lining, holes, peeling, rough interior

Typical pricing: $150–$299 (never exceeding $399)

The lining is the leather your hand touches every time you play. When it breaks down, comfort and control suffer. We remove damaged interior leather and replace it with soft, durable lining leather, matched to the glove’s original construction.

  • A brown leather baseball glove with white laces, positioned upright against a white background.

Palm & Pocket Leather Repair (Re-Palm)

Common issues: Holes or tears in the palm or pocket

    Typical pricing: Starting around $179

The pocket is the heart of the glove. When the leather wears through, we replace the damaged section using high-quality leather shaped and sewn to restore strength, feel, and longevity—without changing how the glove plays.

  • A vintage tan leather baseball glove with white laces and stitching, positioned against a plain white background.

    Web Repair & Replacement

Common issues: Broken web, torn leather, loose or missing web lacing

    Pricing: Quoted after evaluation

The web controls how the ball is caught and secured. Whether the web leather is torn or the structure has failed, we repair or fully replace it to match the glove’s original style and function.

  • Close-up of a tan baseball glove with white laces and white piping, showing an area labeled 'Edging Binding' with an arrow pointing to it.

    Binding Edge Repair & Replacement

Common issues: Frayed, cracked, or missing binding

    Typical pricing: Around $99

Binding protects the glove’s edges and seams. When it fails, the glove can quickly deteriorate. We repair or replace binding to restore both durability and a clean, finished look.

  • A baseball glove designed to look like a baseball with white and purple stitches, against a plain background.

Thumb & Pinky Loops / Wrist Strap Repair

Common issues: Broken loops, torn straps, loose fit

Typical pricing: $42 per loop or strap

These components keep the glove secure on your hand. Worn loops or straps can make a glove feel sloppy or unstable. We replace them with durable materials to restore proper fit and control.

  • A pair of brown baseball gloves displayed side by side on a white background, with labels pointing to the finger pad, finger hood, and finger.

    Finger Pads & Hooks Replacement

Common issues: Flattened padding, broken or missing hooks

    Typical pricing: $65 each · $98 combined

Finger pads and hooks provide structure and finger protection. When they break down, the glove loses stability. We replace worn components to restore internal support and feel.

  • A worn brown baseball glove with white laces and a furry lining, isolated on a white background.

    Felt Padding Replacement / Restuffing

Common issues: Stiff fingers, collapsed padding, loss of shape

    Typical pricing: $45–$80

Over time, internal felt compresses or shifts. We replace or adjust padding in the fingers, thumb, or palm to bring back comfort, structure, and responsiveness.

  • A worn brown leather baseball glove with white laces, holding a baseball inside the pocket, against a plain white background.

    Plastic Finger Support Replacement

Common issues: Bent, broken, or missing finger stays

    Pricing: Quoted after evaluation

Plastic finger supports help maintain finger shape and stiffness. When they fail, the glove can feel floppy or ineffective. We replace damaged supports to restore proper structure.

  • A baseball glove with a transparent hand-shaped hologram layered over it.

    Palm Shock Pad Installation

Common issues: Sting or discomfort on impact

Typical pricing: $99 installed alone · $45 when added to restoration

Our shock pad is installed beneath the palm leather to reduce sting without changing the glove’s feel. Ideal for players dealing with repeated impact or sensitive hands.

    Custom Embroidery

Common requests: Name, number, team details

    Typical pricing: $160

This is a highly specialized service. The glove is carefully disassembled, embroidered, and reconstructed so the stitching becomes part of the glove itself—not an add-on. One of the most intricate services we offer.

  • Close-up of a worn, brown leather baseball glove.

    Full Restoration & Reconstruction

Common issues: Extensive leather damage, multiple structural failures

Typical pricing: $150–$299 (never exceeding $399)
